
Washington To Face No. 21 WSU For Boeing Apple Cup Series Matchup In Pullman

SEATTLE -- Washington women's basketball (9-0, 0-0)Β hits the road for the first conference game of the season when the Huskies face No. 21 Washington State (10-1, 0-0) for the 105th meeting all-time between the programs. The Boeing Apple Cup Series matchup at WSU tips off Sunday, Dec. 10 at 1 p.m. PT in Beasley Coliseum in Pullman, Wash. The game will air on Pac-12 Washington with Elise Woodward and Alyssa Charlston on the call. Gary Hill will call the action on 1090 KPTR-AM.

Coppinger, a 5-10 guard from Everson, Wash. (Nooksack Valley High School), will be staying in-state to come to Washington. Coppinger was one of 50 girlsΒ named to the 2023-24 Jersey Mike's Naismith Girls High School Player of the Year Watch List (11.16).Β Soltau, aΒ 6-4 forward from Freiburg, Germany (Eisvogel USC Freiburg), is coming from across the world to join the Huskies.
