(Bay Area), helping the Padres to an 11-2 record, the CIF Central Coast Section Division I championship and the final of the CIF state open division (top level) championship game ... first-team All-Western Catholic Athletic League and team captain as a senior ... Serra also went 5-0 in the pandemic-shortened 2020 (spring of 2021) season, his junior year ... also played two seasons of baseball in high school ... brother, Nate, plays at Idaho ... played for coach Patrick Walsh at Serra.
