EAST LANSING, Mich. – Washington softball secured its fourth Big Ten series with a 6-0 win over Michigan State on Sunday afternoon.

The Huskies improve to 31-13 and 9-6 in conference play.

Sophia Ramuno (9-4) got the start for the Dawgs for her second complete game shutout of the season. She took a no-hitter into the fifth inning until a two-out bunt single ended it. Ramuno ended the day with eight strikeouts and just the one hit allowed.

Alexis DeBoer sent her 17th home run of the season out to left in the third to move her into a tied for 10th for most in a single season in program history.

With a runner on in the fourth, Jadyn Glab hit her 11th homer of the season. After a walk to DeBoer and pinch runner Addie Craig stealing second, Alycia Flores hit a single to left to extend the lead. Giselle Alvarez followed with the second home run of the inning - and her seventh of the season - to put the Huskies up 6-0.
