UW Student Ticket Information
2009-10 UW STUDENT TICKET POLICIES
ELIGIBILITY
| 1. | Matriculating students enrolled in bachelors, masters or doctoral programs at the Seattle, Bothell or Tacoma campuses. Students must be registered for Autumn Quarter for football and both Autumn and Winter Quarters for basketball. Students must also pay the Student Services & Activity Fee in order to receive colored registration stickers. UW Bothell & Tacoma students will receive a special season ticket sticker at the Husky Ticket Office Will Call after proof of registration. Students purchasing basketball Dawg Pack Pass must have Winter Quarter sticker in place January 1st for admittance to Winter Quarter games. |
| 2. | Spouse/same sex domestic partners of students defined above when purchasing a season ticket for themselves. A copy of marriage/same sex domestic partner certificate required at time of purchase. Certificate copies are not kept on file; please submit every year |
| 3. | UW students who are not eligible for student tickets include students classified as non-matriculating: UW Extension & ESL programs. In addition students who do not pay the Student Services & Activity Fee and therefore have white registration stickers are not eligible. Finally student spouse/same sex partner without certificate or without student purchase (student may not purchase ticket for spouse without purchase for self) are not eligible for student season tickets. |
| 4. | Wheelchair student seating is available in compliance with ADA requirements for students with qualified disabilities. Wheelchair seats are allowed one (1) additional accompanying seat. Please contact the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200 for wheelchair seat availability and questions. |
WARNING: Students who purchase season tickets early and become ineligible at the time of Will Call will not receive student tickets and will only receive a refund if request is made before deadlines below. If a student plans on graduating or becoming ineligible before or during the season, they should not purchase student season tickets.
STUDENT TICKET TRANSFERS
UW Student Tickets are not transferrable. . Students may not sell or give tickets to other students or non-students. Husky Cards are checked at stadium gates to ensure proper student ticket use. Student tickets and passes may be confiscated if used improperly. The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to suspend eligibility for future student ticket purchases if tickets are used improperly.
The exception to this rule is for student tickets to Men's Basketball non-conference games. Students may give their season tickets to other UW students for use. A valid Husky Card is still required for entry to the arena.
STUDENT TICKET DISTRIBUTION - WILL CALL
All student tickets must be picked up by each individual student at Will Call. Student tickets will not be released to friends, relatives or spouses/same sex domestic partners. Valid Husky Card (with appropriate registration sticker) is required for student tickets to be released.
Will Call is located at the Husky Ticket Office, 101 Graves Building (M - F 8:30 - 5:00), the Football Game Day Box Office (moved to SW entrance of Bank of America Arena, on football game days 3.5 hours prior to kick-off through halftime) and Arena Student Entrance (NW entrance of Bank of America Arena) on basketball game days 1.5 hours prior to tip-off through halftime).
Student Will Call begins at the following times:
Full Season Football - August 25
School Pack Football - September 29
Dawg Pack Basketball - TBD
REFUNDS
Refunds are only available to students who are no longer eligible or registered by the following deadlines:
Full Season Football (7 Games) - August 31
School Pack Football (4 Games) - October 1
Dawg Pack Basketball - November 2
Refund requests must be submitted by the student before the refund deadline for refunds to be granted.
