2013-14 UW STUDENT TICKET POLICIES

ELIGIBILITY

1. Matriculating students enrolled in bachelors, masters or doctoral programs at the Seattle, Bothell or Tacoma campuses. Students must be registered for Autumn Quarter for football and both Autumn and Winter Quarters for basketball. Students must also pay the Student Services & Activity Fee. Students who are not registered for classes in each appropriate quarter will be denied admission.
2. Spouse/qualified domestic partners of students defined above when purchasing a season ticket for themselves. A copy of marriage/qualified domestic partner certificate required at time of purchase and must be submitted annually
3. UW students who are not eligible for student tickets include the following: non-matriculating students such as UW Extension & ESL programs, students who do not pay the Student Services & Activity Fee, student spouse/qualified partner without certificate or without student purchase (student may not purchase ticket for their spouse without purchasing for self) and children of student ticket holders.
4. ADA student seating is available in compliance with ADA requirements for students with qualified disabilities. Those purchasing ADA seats are allowed one (1) additional accompanying seat at the student price. Please contact the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200 for ADA seat availability and questions.

WARNING:  Students who purchase season tickets early and become ineligible before or during the season will not receive student tickets. Refunds will only be granted if request is made before deadlines stated below. If a student plans on graduating or becoming ineligible before or during the season, they should not purchase student season tickets.

FOOTBALL STUDENT TICKET TRANSFERS

UW Student Football Tickets are not transferrable. Students may not sell or give tickets to other students or non-students. This also applies to spouse / domestic partner tickets. Husky Cards are checked at venue gates to ensure proper student ticket use. Husky Cards and student tickets may be confiscated if used improperly. The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to suspend eligibility for future student ticket purchases if tickets are used improperly.

MEN'S BASKETBALL STUDENT TICKET TRANSFERS

UW Student Men's Basketball Tickets are transferrable to other current UW students. Transfers are not available on game day - students must complete ticket transfers at the Husky Ticket Office (Graves Building, 3910 Montlake Blvd NE) during normal business hours. Both students must be present with their Husky Cards for the transfer. Only one (1) transfer will be allowed per game and only the Dawg Pack season ticket holder may transfer tickets. Limit three (3) transfers per season. 

TICKETLESS ENTRY

Dawg Pack season tickets are stored on UW Husky Cards. Students will not be allowed entry without a valid Husky Card - it serves as the student ticket to each game. Lost or stolen Husky Cards must be replaced prior to game day in order to be admitted. Spouse or domestic partner must enter the game with their student spouse or partner.


Students may not sell tickets to other students or non-students. Husky Cards are checked at venue gates to ensure proper student ticket use. Husky Cards and student tickets may be confiscated if used improperly. The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to suspend eligibility for future student ticket purchases if tickets are used improperly.

Refunds are only available to students who are no longer eligible or registered by the following deadlines:
Football: August 29 / Basketball: October 31
Refund requests must be submitted by the student before the refund deadline for refunds to be granted.
