TICKET REPLACEMENT POLICIES
Lost or stolen tickets to UW Football and Men's Basketball home games may be replaced under the following circumstances:
The replacement request is made by the primary account holder.
The replaced tickets are left at Will Call for pick up, replacements will not be mailed. Picture ID will be required for release of the replacement tickets.
A $5 per ticket replacement fee will be collected at the time of the request.
After a replacement request has been made, the original tickets are no longer valid for entry.
The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to decline any ticket replacement request.
SEASON TICKET CANCELLATION POLICIES
Non-Tyee: If you choose to cancel Non-Tyee season tickets, your account priority, which is earned through consecutive years of season ticket purchase, will be forfeited. If you choose to purchase season tickets in future seasons, your new seats would be assigned to a first year priority location.
Tyee: If you choose to cancel Tyee season tickets, you will forfeit your consecutive years of season ticket purchase points. If you choose to purchase Tyee season tickets in the future, your previous donations would apply to calculate your new season ticket priority points.
TICKET REFUND POLICIES
All Husky ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. The University of Washington reserves the right to change game time, date or locations with no refunds.

NEW GRADUATES FOOTBALL SEASON TICKET POLICIES
University of Washington new graduates may purchase football season tickets at a discounted rate. In order to receive this special discount, new graduates must purchase season tickets within the first year of graduation. The New Graduate season ticket discount continues for a second season if purchased the first year after graduation. If a new graduate already purchases non-student season tickets and has customer priority, they are not eligible for the new graduate discount.
UW FACULTY/STAFF SEASON TICKET POLICIES
Eligible UW Faculty-Staff may purchase up to two (2) season tickets at the Faculty/Staff discounted rate. If additional season tickets (more than two) are desired, they will be subject to the full public season ticket price. In order to receive this discount, the Husky Ticket Office Faculty/Staff verification form must be completed and returned each year. UW Faculty/Staff may also elect to pay for season tickets through payroll deduction if requested by applicable deadlines.

NON-TYEE SEAT IMPROVEMENT POLICIES
Non-Tyee season ticket holder seats are allocated by consecutive years of season ticket purchase. Specific requests (including same seats) must be submitted with each renewal application. Otherwise the Husky Ticket Office will consider general seating improvements within customer priority.
Tyee Reallocation Schedule
Reallocation Schedule

2008 - North Side of Husky Stadium
2008 - Bank of America Basketball Arena
2009 - South Side of Husky Stadium
2010 - Bank of America Basketball Arena

ADDITIONAL SEASON TICKETS POLICIES
Non-Tyee: Season ticket holders may purchase additional season tickets. Additional season tickets are considered a new purchase, and therefore will not be placed with the current season tickets unless the account holder is willing to move to a new location.
Tyee: Tyee season ticket holders may purchase additional season tickets; however it will affect their priority point status and potential seat location.

SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT TRANSFER POLICIES
All season ticket account transfer requests must be submitted in writing and signed by the current season ticket holder or their legal representative supported by such legal documentation as the Husky Ticket Office may reasonably request. The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to refuse any account transfer request. Transfer requests will not be processed during the renewal period, between the months of January and April.
Full Priority Transfer
A public season account holder may transfer, without forfeiture of any account priority, all or any portion of their account priority in the account to:
A spouse, or former spouse in the event of divorce or death
An individual if the season ticket account is held by a corporation or legal entity
50% Priority Public Transfer
A public season account holder may transfer their priority to an immediate family member (defined as a parent, sibling, child, or grandchild) which would result in a forfeiture of 50% of the account priority. A 50% loss in priority will often result in a change of seat location
Faculty-Staff Transfer
Faculty-Staff accounts fall under the same policy as stated above. If a Faculty-Staff transfer is made to a person who does not qualify as UW Faculty-Staff they must pay the full public reserved season ticket price.
FOOTBALL AWAY GAME TICKET POLICIES
One of many Husky Football Season Ticket benefits is priority to purchase football tickets at away games. Each year, season ticket holders will be notified in late spring on how to order away game tickets. After the priority deadline passes, the Husky Ticket Office will release tickets for sale to UWAA members (and possibly other groups) dependant upon demand for each game. UWAA members will be required to contact the UWAA office to place such orders (typically mid-June). Away game tickets will not be sold to the general public. General public ticket requests should be directed to the host school's ticket office.
Away game ticket locations are most likely in the end zones or less desirable locations in each stadium. Specific seat locations are allocated in customer priority. Each season ticket holder has a priority calculation which is determined by Tyee contributor status and consecutive years of purchase. All other orders are allocated by date of order.
Ticket requests will be confirmed shortly after the priority deadline. Away game tickets are allocated and mailed 16 days prior to each game date.
Season ticket holders can order up to 8 away game tickets in their priority. Any order over 8 will be placed outside of their priority. Season ticket holders may forfeit priority in order to place more than 8 tickets together.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICIES
Season ticket holder address changes must be submitted to the Husky Ticket Office in writing. You may submit your address change on the renewal form, click here to download the address change form, or send a letter that includes your account name, new information, and signature. Email address changes will be accepted if received directly from the account holder's specific email address on the account. The deadline for receipt of address changes to be completed in time for season ticket mailing is typically June 1. Submit your address changes to:
