Oregon Game Day Information

VISITOR'S WILL CALL
The Autzen Stadium North Ticket Building will handle strictly visiting school tickets and high school coaches Will Call. This will open 90 minutes prior to kick off. There is also a general will call window located at the South Ticket Building. Third party Will Call will be accepted for certain events at the discretion of the Oregon Athletic Ticket Office. However, the ticket office is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced third party Will Call and tickets will not be replaced if such an event occurs.

GATES
Gates to Autzen Stadium open 90 minutes prior to kick off.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DESTROYED TICKETS
Due to the abuse of the duplicate ticket policy as well as the increased concerns over counterfeit and duplicate tickets inside Autzen Stadium, the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office will adopt a new duplicate ticket policy beginning at the start of the 2006 Football Season. Tickets that are lost, stolen, or misplaced will be duplicated by the ticket office and will be ready for pick-up at the Will Call window on gameday only. Arrangements can only be made by the season ticket holder of record. A Visa or Mastercard number must be provided at the time of your duplicate request. The customer's supplied credit card will be charged the face value for any original ticket(s) not returned to the Oregon Athletic Ticket Office within 10 days of the event for which tickets were duplicated.* In the event that your tickets are stolen, the Ticket Office requires a police report to verify stolen tickets. Once verified, duplicates can be issued to the customer. Thank you for your adherence to the new policy as we continue to make Autzen Stadium one of the best gameday environments in the entire nation.

PROHIBITED IN AUTZEN STADIUM
No alcohol is permitted in the stadium except in licensed pavilions where it may be legally dispensed.

Smoking will not be permitted in the seating, aisle, or covered areas of Autzen Stadium. Spectators can move to the top rim of the stadium or other outdoor spaces if they wish to smoke.

Open umbrellas will not be permitted in the seating and aisle areas of Autzen Stadium. Glass or metal containers, weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, explosives or munitions are not permitted inside the stadium. Patrons agree as a condition of the ticket license to allow inspection of any articles capable of concealing these prohibited items.

The throwing of footballs, frisbees, balls, or other such objects is not allowed inside the stadium seating, tunnel or ramp areas.
