Eaton begins her third year with the Washington athletics, and her first with the men's rowing team.
The past two years, she worked with the Washington gymnastics program, after spending the prior year in a fellowship in the Washington athletic department. She has also served as the head athletic trainer for USA Team Handball and as a student athletic trainer at Washington.
