1999 (Junior): A part-time starter at opposite, playing in 58 of the Huskies' 90 games ... served as co-captain ... notched seven double-digit kills matches, including each of the season's first three ... also had 10 or more digs on four occassions ... top match was Sept. 25 at Oregon State ... in that one, had 21 kills and only two errors on 42 attacks for a .452 percentage, while also adding six service aces and 10 digs ... six aces were the most in a match by any Husky in 1999 ... posted 17 kills and 14 digs against Wisconsin ... notched 12 kills and a season-high five blocks at Washington State ... 11 kills and only one error in 21 swings (.476) vs. Miami (Ohio) on Sept. 11.
1998 (Sophomore): The starter at opposite for much of the year, she played in 74 of 88 games and 23 of 24 matches ... had four double-digit kills matches ... top kills total was 15 in the five-game win at Washington State on Oct. 23 ... had 13 kills the match before, at USC ... also had season highs in digs (nine) and blocks (five) in that Washington State match.
1997 (RS-Freshman): Played in 48 of 108 games as an opposite hitter ... saw time early in the season as a starter, but after Laffling recovered from an injury, was the Huskies' top front-line player off the bench ... best match of the year was the season-opener, a win over Rhode Island ... in that match, recorded 10 kills (a season-high) and no errors on 16 attacks, good for a hitting percentage of .625 ... had seven kills and career-high 11 blocks in the five-game win over Michigan ... had season-high three digs against North Carolina State and against USC in Seattle.
1996 (Freshman): Red-shirted her first season at UW.
CENTRAL CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL
A three-sport letterwinner at Central Catholic in Portland, Ore. ... also played basketball and ran track ... played middle blocker and outside hitter for high school coach Rick Lorenz, earning three varsity letters ... one of 36 players nationwide invited to the junior national team training camp as a sophomore ... first-team all-state as a junior and senior after making third-team as a sophomore ... also made all-state tournament team twice ... one of the top 100 high schoolers in the nation, according to Volleyball Monthly ... a member of the Nike All-Star Team for Oregon ... named her high school's top scholar-athlete, an Oregon State Athletic Association scholar-athlete and was a member of the National Honor Society after compiling a 3.5 grade point average.
