2007-08 (Freshman): Saw action during the fall season, going 1-3 in singles play and 0-3 in doubles ... first collegiate win came in her first match, as she defeated San Francisco's Sarah Oudomvilay, 3-6, 6-2, 6-0 in the first round of ITA NW Regionals ... fell to 66th-ranked Stephanie Kusano of Cal in the second round of Regionals ... retired with an injury against San Diego's Ellie Faulkner at the SDSU Fall Classic and did not compete again in the fall ... lost twice in doubles with Ashley Anderson at the SDSU Fall Classic, and fell once with Aleksandra Krsljanin at Regionals.

Before Washington and Personal: Born in Long Beach, California ... parents are Junsen and Bryan ... has twin younger brothers, Brandon and Christian ... was ranked in the top-five in the Pacific Northwest junior singles rankings at 12, 14, and 16 age levels ... reached top-25 in USTA doubles rankings in 2004 ... reached the semifinals of the 2005 Washington 4A state singles tournament ... won doubles sectional tournament in 2005 and 2006 ... a member of high school honor society.

Biggest difference between Seattle and home: Seattle is more of a metropolitan area and it has better shopping malls.

Why Washington?: It's close to home, it's an excellent school, and it gave me a chance to participate on a Pac-10 team.

What do you love most about tennis?: You can play it at any age.
