April 30, 2001 SEATTLE - KSRB-1150 AM, in association with Pioneer Radio and Sports, Inc., has announced that it will broadcast two additional Washington softball games this Wednesday, May 2, versus UCLA and this Friday, May 4, against Oregon State. The two games, each slated to begin at 2 p.m., replace the pair of dates at Oregon State which were canceled due to construction at the Beavers' new stadium. UW is one of the few softball programs in the nation with regular-season games broadcast by a local radio station. Each game's broadcast will begin and end with a 15-minute pre- and post-game show, featuring interviews with UW players and coaches. |
