SEATTLE - Husky fans will have 14 opportunities to watch the UW softball team in action at home during the 2012 season. Season ticket renewals and sales will begin on Friday, Jan. 13, with a priority deadline of Friday, Feb. 3. Season tickets will be $112 for all 14 home games, with a $6 service charge. Single game tickets will go on sale Friday, Feb. 10. The 2012 home season begins on March 10 as the Huskies host Seattle University at 3 p.m. in the Husky Softball Classic. Washington ended last season at No. 12 in the final NFCA poll and No.14 in the ESPN.com/USA Softball final poll. UW has made it to the Women's College World Series two of the past three years, winning the National Championship in 2009. Last season, they made it to the Super Regional before falling to Missouri. The team is working towards returning to the Women's College World Series this season. Fans can order season tickets over the phone at (206) 543-2200 or in person at the ticket office.
