WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- Three Huskies women's soccer players were honored when the All-Conference Awards were announced on Wednesday. Kari Davidson and Lindsay Elston were named All-Conference honorable mention, while Isabel Farrell was named to the All-Freshman Team.

Davidson was a stalwart in goal for the Huskies in 2012, making 18 starts and recording a goals against average of just 0.94 for the season. Davidson made 86 saves and compiled a 9-7-3 record on the season.

Elston led Washington in scoring with 10 goals and five assists. She is now among the Huskies' all-time leaders in goals with 18, ranking in a tie for 10th at Washington. Elston was also good in the clutch, as five of her 10 goals were of the game-winning variety.

Farrell saw action in 19 games, including four starts as a freshman. She scored two goals and tallied four assists on the season, while providing a skilled left-footed player on the wing. Her first-career goal came against BYU, one of the top-ranked teams in the country.

Washington begins the NCAA Tournament on Friday, November 9, at 7 p.m. The Dawgs will host Auburn at Husky Soccer Stadium.
