Huskies Earn Six Seed For Pac-12 Championships

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - The team seedings for the 2013 Pac-12 Women's Gymnastics Championships were determined based on the NCAA regional qualifying scores, as announced by the Conference today and the GymDawgs will be the six seed and compete in session one.

The championship is split into two sessions with seeds five-through-eight competing at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at Oregon State and seeds one-through-four competing in session two at 7 p.m.

Both sessions will air live on the Pac-12 Networks.

The first session is led by No. 5 Arizona with an RQS of 196.090. The other three teams in the first session include Washington the No. 6 seed (195.765), No. 7 Arizona State (195.495) and lastly, No. 8 California 195.240. As the six seed, the Huskies will start on bars.

Utah earned the top seed for the Championships with a regional qualifying score (RQS) of 197.010. Just barely behind them in the No.2 seed is UCLA with an RQS of 197.000. Holding the No. 3 seed is host Oregon State with a 196.790. Rounding out the top four is Stanford with a 196.590.

Teams and student-athletes from both sessions are eligible for the team and individual awards. Below lists the event at which each team will start Saturday. Competition will proceed in Olympic order.
