GymDawgs Hit The Road To No. 4 UCLA

SEATTLE - Coming off of its best score of the season and a huge Pac-12 upset over No. 12 Arizona, the Huskies hit the road to face another huge Pac-12 opponent in No. 4 UCLA. The Bruins host the Quad Meet on Sunday with the Huskies, UC Davis and Sacramento State in the newly remolded Pauley Pavilion at 2 p.m. Washington upset then-ranked No. 1 UCLA last season in Seattle and already defeated UC Davis at home early this year. The Huskies had season-highs on all four events as a team last week against Arizona and won every individual event and the all-around. As a team, the Huskies rank in the top 25 on two events, 19th on bars and 14th on beam. Washington is 25th overall with a 194.800 average. UCLA's Vanessa Zamarripa ranks second in the country in the all-around with a 39.608 average. Olivia Courtney is 21st with a 39.225. Zamarripa also ranks in the top 25 on all four individual events. Sacramento State ranks 42nd (193.225) and UC Davis is 43rd (193.060), respectively. | ||||||||||||
