Hello Dawg Fans!!!

For those of you who are keeping up with the GymDawgs you are aware that we posted our highest team score of the season last Friday against UCLA. For those of you who haven't heard the news, we ended up with a score of 194.425. Although this didn't yield the win for us, we were very pleased with our performance.

We have constantly been improving since our season opener in Denver - but we are in no way ready to settle with what we have accomplished. We are back in the gym this week preparing to head to Chicago, where we hope to continue our upward climb. Each day as a team, we decide on "Focus Point" which we want to stress during that day's practice. Monday's focus point was landings, and everyone on the team did a great job of really trying to improve those landings! Way to go dawgies! Landings are extremely important to this sport, and could even be the difference between a win and a loss in a competition.

As I said earlier, we will head to Chicago this Thursday where we will face Stanford, UCLA, and the University of Illinois! We have never been to this competition before but we are looking forward to competing against some great teams! It should be a great meet and it is located in a great city!

For those of you who will be traveling with us to Chicago, I want to thank for your loyal support of this team! For our fans that are staying home, be sure to check out the results on gohuskies.com [you can also follow the meet live through the live scoring link]. Thank you to all of our fans! You guys make our competitions a blast! We wouldn't be the same team without our supporters! You all Rock!

U What??? U DUB!!!!
