Canadian Women's Amateur Championship

LETHBRIDGE, Alb. - SooBin Kim finished 10th at the Canadian Women's Amateur Championship on Friday finishing with a four-day total of even-par 288.

Kim, who will be a Husky sophomore this fall, shot 2-under 70 in Friday's final round. She finished 14 shots behind winner Ariya Jutanugarn of Thailand. Jutanugarn entered Friday's final round with a 10 shot lead over the field and ultimately ended up winning by five strokes.

Redshirt freshman Monica Huang ended up 66th for the tournament at Lethbridge Country Club. She shot 5-over 77 on Friday and ended up +30 overall for the tournament.
