Three Huskies, led by SooBin Kim in fifth, are among the top 10 after the first of three rounds of the 2013 Pac-12 Women's Golf Championship at Valencia Country Club.
SooBin Kim, Ying Luo and Charlotte Thomas have come from Korea, Canada, China, England, and Singapore to become Huskies. Now they are anchoring the youngest, most talented team UW has had.

Junior Golf and Personal: Finished second in the 2011 Royale Cup Canadian Junior Girls Championship, behing UW teammate Jennifer Yang. Third in the 60th British Columbia Junior Girls' Championship. Placed second at the 104th B.C. Women's Amateur Championship in 2009. Set a course record at Golden Eagle Golf Course and moved into a four stroke lead after 36 holes and won at the British Columbia Junior Girls championship. Captured the 2008 Royale Canadian Junior Girls' Championship, as well as the BC Juvenile Championship that same year. From Coquitlam, B.C. Canada and Gleneagle Secondary -- the same school as teammate Jennifer Yang.
