NEBRASKA (2010-11): Played in 22 games during her freshman season with the Cornhuskers, averaging 3.0 points a game ... valuable bench player for Nebraska ... missed time with a back injury that affected her play during the Big 12 Conference season ... scored a career-high 13 points against UNLV on Nov. 30, knocking down a personal best four 3-pointers in the process ... tallied five steals against Northern Colorado, a season-high for a Cornhusker player in 2010-11. HIGH SCHOOL: During a decorated prep career at Clarkston, McCann-Smith demonstrated an all-around game that made her one of the more dominant players in the state. She averaged 20.9 ppg to go along with 8.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists, meriting a pair of selections to the Class 2A all-state team.
