PNW Intercollegiate Draws & Results

SEATTLE - The Nordstrom Tennis Center is back in business this weekend as the Husky men's tennis team hosts the PNW Intercollegiates, its first home tournament of the fall season. Action begins Friday morning and continues through Sunday, with two flights of singles and two flights of doubles contested.

Joining Washington will be teams from all around the Northwest, including Oregon, Portland, Gonzaga, Idaho, Seattle U., Portland State, and Eastern Washington. Play begins at 8 a.m. on Friday morning with doubles action, and singles matches are set to start at 10 a.m. Doubles finals will take place Sunday at 12 noon with the singles finals scheduled for 2 p.m.

In the Purple Draw, sophomore Kyle McMorrow is the top overall seed, and senior Tobi Obenaus owns the No. 3 seed. Also competing in the top draw is senior Martin Kildahl. In doubles, McMorrow and senior Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan are the top seeds, while Obenaus and Kildahl are seeded third.

In the Gold Draw, junior Matt Stith and freshman Max Manthou will both compete. They will also team up to play doubles in the Gold doubles draw.
