Husky Men's Tennis To Compete In Bulldog Classic

FRESNO, Calif. -- The University of Washington men's tennis team will compete in the Wathen/Hancock Bulldog Classic hosted by Fresno State, with matches scheduled to begin Fiday, October 6th. This three-day event includes players from California, Cal Poly, Nevada, Oregon, Pepperdine, and Santa Clara.

The Huskies competed in last year's event, with freshman Matt Hanlin, junior Andy Posovac, and junior Marius Lunde all reaching the semi-finals in singles play.

The first round of singles matches are slated to begin at 8 a.m. Friday morning, with finals concluding on Sunday. Doubles matches will begin on Friday at 12 p.m. with the finals resuming Saturday evening.
