DALLAS -Washington men's tennis player Robert Kendrick advanced to the Round of 16 at the Rolex National Intercollegiate Indoor Championship held at the Brookhaven Country Club. Kendrick defeated 53rd-ranked Nenad Toroman of Tulsa 6-4, 6-3.
The eighth-ranked Husky sophomore will face fourth-ranked Mark Loughrin of Wisconsin tomorrow at 6:30 a.m. Pacific Time, 8:30 a.m. Central Time. Kendrick is 12-2 on the season and has defeated six of seven ranked opponents this year.
