Junior Golf and Personal
• Two time national junior champion of China, and had never finished outside of top-4 in the China Junior Golf Championship, including wins in 2003 and 2008, two runner-ups in 2004 and 2005 and three 4th place finishes in 2006, 2009 and 2010.
• Ranked among the top 5 in his age division in China from 2003 to 2008 before coming to the United States.
• Participant of China-USA Youth Team Golf Championship in 2008.
• Member of China Junior Team, and participated in the winter training at IMG Academy in 2006.
• Graduated in 2011 from Heritage Academy in Hilton Head, S.C., where he was the senior class president and a member of the Honor Society.
• Was a student of the Hank Haney International Junior Golf Academy.
• An only child that was introduced to golf by his father at the age of 7.
