SEATTLE - A total of 18 student-athletes have signed national letters of intent or financial aid agreements to enroll at the University of Washington and play football for the Huskies, head coach Steve Sarkisian announced today. The group includes 12 high-school athletes and six who attended junior college last year.

Washington opens the 2009 football season Sept. 5 vs. LSU, at Husky Stadium.
