11/19/2011 Price's Heroic Rally Falls Short, Mistakes Doom UWKeith Price comes off the bench with a sprained knee to briefly rally the Huskies in the 4th quarter, but the Dawgs fail to score on any of 3 Oregon State turnovers and lose 38-21. 2011: Played in all 13 games as a key special teams performer ... made eight tackles, all on special teams ... season-best three stops in the win over Hawai'i ... two tackles each vs. Colorado and Arizona ... had one stop at Stanford and one vs. Baylor in the Alamo Bowl. 2010: After not appearing in the first four games of the year, played in each of the last nine as a special teams player. 2009: Joined the squad as an invited walkon at the start of the fall, 2009, camp ... ended up seeing action in the final eight games of the season ... one of 10 true freshman to play in 2009 ... earned the Huskies' Brian Stapp Special Teams Scout Squad MVP at the team's postseason awards banquet ... first action of the year came at Notre Dame, when he lined up on the kick return team ... had one kickoff return, vs. Arizona (10 yards) ... also had a tackle in the win over the Wildcats. HIGH SCHOOL: Rushed for 1,084 yards and 13 touchdowns as a senior ... played running back and linebacker ... helped lead the Tigers to a 10-2 record and a berth in the state semi-finals as a senior in 2008 ... in an opening-round playoff win over Steilacoom, rushed for 162 yards, scored four touchdowns and had an interception ... as a junior, helped Burlington-Edison to an 11-2 overall record and a spot in the 2A state championship game ... named honorable mention all-league as a sophomore and junior ... also a hurdler and 400-meter runner on the track team ... played football under Bruce Shearer.
