HIGH SCHOOL & PERSONAL: Named the Metro League Mountain Division Lineman of the Year while also earning first-team All-Metro as both a tight end and outside linebacker ... played in the East-West All-Star game ... missed junior season after breaking an arm during preseason practice ... named a "white chip" prospect by the Seattle Times ... helped Fighting Irish to the state quarterfinals as a senior ... also an all-league honorable mention baseball player ... played football for coach Monte Kohler. |
