Saturday, June 1
Strength & Conditioning Camp

• Ages 12-18
• Morning session is for athletes 12-14 years old
• Afternoon session is for athletes 15-18 years old
• Group times TBA
• Cost: $50

Coach Ivan Lewis and the Husky Strength & Conditioning Staff will conduct their third annual strength camp to develop and enhance proper technique in the weight room as well as athleticism on the field. Campers will be taught and participate in various Olympic Lifts, upper & lower body plyometrics along with agility, quick reaction and balance drills. Athletes will also be educated on the importance of proper nutrition and hydration and how they correlate to peak performance levels. The camp will focus on form and technique. Campers should bring tennis shoes (cleats are optional) and will receive a camp T-shirt. No food will be provided.

Chris Sailer Kicking and Rubio Long Snapping Camp

• Campers, entering grades 9-12 in the fall of 2013
• $125 per camper

Friday, June 21 and Saturday, June 22
7 on 7 Passing Camp

• High School Teams, up to 25 Players per roster
• Cost: $190 per team, plus $20 per additional player
• Friday, June 21, 3:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. / Saturday, June 22, 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
• Meal Provided

The UW football staff will teach campers the fundamentals of the passing game, from both an offensive and defensive perspective. Competitive sessions of 7 on 7 will take place on the Husky practice fields. Each Camper will receive a T-Shirt and box meal. Rosters are limited to a maximum of 25 players and should exclude Linemen. Space is limited for these separate one-day camps. Saturday June 22
Football Fundamentals Camp

• Campers, entering grades 9-12 in the fall of 2013
• $40 per camper
• 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
• Lunch provided

ALL POSITIONS - Offensive & Defensive Linemen, Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Wide Receivers, Tight Ends, Linebackers, Defensive Backs and Specialists will learn football fundamentals, skills and techniques from the UW football staff and select high school coaches.

Skill position players will be instructed during individual drills and sessions of 1-on-1 and 7-on-7. Linemen will learn the intricacies of playing in the trenches as they rotate through a gauntlet of stations and compete in a session of 1 on 1. Two-way players will have the opportunity to receive instruction at multiple positions if they choose.

Thursday, June 27 - Sunday, June 30
Rising Stars Camp

• Campers, entering grades 9-12 in the Fall of 2013
• $240 for 3-Night Campers / $195 for 4-Day Campers
(Pricing also available for partial sessions and individual nights, upon request)
• Thursday 3-9 p.m. / Friday 9 a.m.-4 p.m. / Saturday 9 a.m.-4 p.m. / Sunday 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Players capable of performing at a high level are encouraged to measure their ability while competing against other highly skilled athletes. Please note that this camp is fast-paced, highly competitive and designed for advanced players. The UW Football staff, select high school coaches, and other college coaches will instruct players on the individual techniques necessary to master their positions. Campers will apply these techniques by participating in zealous one-on-one and group competitions. Players will also gain valuable insight into the recruiting process and become familiar with NCAA and UW eligibility requirements.

Overnight Accommodations
Accommodations in the University of Washington dorms are available only for those campers attending the Rising Stars Camp. For any other camps, there are a number of local lodging options. We recommend the Silver Cloud Inn-University District which is approximately 0.5 miles from Husky Stadium. Rates include a daily complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to campus. Half-Day Camp Options
Half-day options for Football Fundamentals Camp (June 22nd) and the Rising Stars Camp (June 27th -30th) are available, but will not be reflected on the online payment website. If this is something you would like to do please do not pay for camp online, and contact Deborah Goldstein at (206) 616-1545 or at fbcamp@ica.washington.edu for further directions.


The Big Dawg Camp


The Big Dawg Football Camp is for campers entering 3rd to 8th grade. They will have the opportunity to participate with and learn from a variety of University of Washington Husky football players and coaches. Every camper will receive a T-Shirt in addition to lunch being provided every day. The camp consists of position specific individual work, group fundamental drills and team games. There is no overnight lodging associated with the camp but the Silver Cloud Inn is located less than a mile from the field.
