Rusty Callow
Year elected to Husky Hall of Fame: 1982 Was a member of the rowing crew from 1914-15, and was head coach of the crew from 1922-27. Captained 1915 shell, and raced with first UW crew to row at Poughkeepsie; returned to UW in 1922 to coach; teams dominated Intercollegiate Rowing Association regattas during his tenure, capturing championships in 1923 and 1926, and finished as runners-up in 1925 and 1927. |
