Husky Hoops Television Schedule Finalized

Printable 2011-12 UW Men's Basketball Schedule SEATTLE -- The Husky men's basketball team finalized their schedule this week announcing additional game times and television appearances for the upcoming 2011-12 season. In all, Washington will have a minimum of 25 games televised during the season. The Huskies will appear 10 times on partner and local affiliate ROOT Sports, seven times on national FSN broadcasts, four times on the family of ESPN networks and once each on CBS-TV and CBS Sports Network. Fans will get their first look at the Huskies on Friday, Nov. 4 when they host Seattle Pacific in an exhibition game at 7:00 p.m. that will appear on ROOT Sports. The first regular season game to be telecast is the Nov. 14 match up versus Portland - the final contest that is part of the World Vision Classic. Washington's first 10 road games will appear on television, guaranteeing fans the ability to see the Huskies play away from Alaska Airlines Arena. The UW's first road contest versus Saint Louis will be shown on the CBS Sports Network. Sixteen of Washington's 18 Pac-12 Conference games are guaranteed to be telecast throughout the season, with the final two away contests at USC and UCLA under consideration for broadcast as wildcard selections.
