Washington Post-Game Notes
Quincy Pondexter scored 18 points today. He has 83 career games in double-figures, which surpassed Todd MacCullough for third on the UW career charts. He has scored in double-figures in 27 of 33 games this season. He has 1,743 points in his career, which ties Todd MacCullough for fourth on the UW career list with with 1,743. Pondexter, Oregon's Tajuan Porter and Cal's Jerome Randle are the only active Pac-10 players with more than 1,700 career points.
Washington has advanced to the Pac-10 Tournament championship game in three of the last seven seasons (2004, 2005, 2010). UW lost to #1 seeded Stanford in the 2004 title game and defeated #1 seeded Arizona in 2005.
Washington has won 12 of its last 14 games and seven straight.
Matthew Bryan-Amaning has registered double-figures in rebounding in four of the last five games. The exception was last night's quarterfinal contest against Oregon State.
UW advanced to the NCAA Tournament in five of the last seven seasons and each of the last two years and the 15th time in school history.
