Year elected to Husky Hall of Fame: 1996 Headed the men's basketball team from 1951-59. Had a record of 156-91 which ranks him the third-winningest coach in Husky history; under his guidance, the Huskies won three Pacific Coast Conference titles; the team won the 1953 Western Region Championships and qualifoed for the Final Four, placing third, the highest finish ever for a Husky team. |
