SEATTLE - The Washington baseball team will close out its fall practice season with a three-game, intrasquad series beginning next Tuesday at Husky Ballpark. Game times are 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Oct. 18-20). The annual Fall World Series wraps up about one month of fall practices under third-year head coach Lindsay Meggs. The Huskies open the 2012 season next February 17 with the first of three games at San Diego State. The home opener is the following Tuesday, February 21, vs. Seattle University. |
