2005 (Cross Country): Missed most of the fall with an injury ... made only fall appearance at the NCAA West Regional, running fifth for UW in 52nd place ... the only senior to run in UW's varsity in 2005 ... earned second-team Academic All-Pac-10 honors, her fifth-career academic all-conference award.
2004-05: Earned first-team Academic All-Pac-10 honors for track and cross country ... after not having run among the team's top seven at any meet in her previous two seasons, was in the team's top-five at all six varsity meets ... took three minutes off of her 6K cross country PR ... ran fourth on the squad at the NCAA Championships, leading UW to 23rd ... earned All-West Region honors with an 18th-place Regional finish, third-best on the team ... was also UW's No. 3 runner at Pac-10s, placing 19th ... led all UW finishers at fifth overall at Sundodger ... made 10000m track debut at Pac-10s, placing 10th ... also competed at 1500m and 5000m during the outdoor season ... was fifth in the 5K at the MPSF Indoor Championships in 17:13.57, seventh all-time at UW.
2003-04: Grabbed second-straight first-team Academic All-Pac-10 track honor, and was an honorable mention pick in the fall ... ran in four meets during the 2003 fall season ... was third in the open race at the Pac-10 meet, and 14th overall at the Geoduck Invite ... also competed at Emerald City and Sundodger ... enjoyed a breakout year on the track, lowering 1500m PR by eight seconds and qualifying for her second-straight Pac-10 meet... placed 11th in the Pac-10 1500m final. .. clocked career-best of 4:31.56 at the Oregon Invite ... indoors, took seventh in the mile at the MPSFs ... also ran a leg of UW's third-place distance medley relay at the MPSF meet, the seventh-fastest DMR in UW history.
2002-03: A first-team Academic All-Pac-10 selection on the track ... competed just once in the fall, at the season-opening Emerald City Invite ... took 17th in Pac-10 1500m track debut ... qualified for Pac-10s with a season-best of 4:39.04 for 1500m at Oregon.
2001-02: Redshirted the 2001 cross country season ... on the track, focused on the 800m, with a best time of 2:21.22 indoors.
High School and Personal: Parents are Joni and James ... has two siblings, Nicholas and Valerie ... was Shorewood's team captain in 2001 ... lettered all four years ... was named Shorewood's Female Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2001 ... also lettered four years in soccer, leading squad to a Class 4A state title and a No. 8 national ranking in 2000 ... participated on Diamonte select soccer squad, leading team to club-level state title in 1997.
