2009-10: Had a breakout season in his senior campaign, finishing in the Top-25 in every race through Regionals, helping lead the Dawgs back to the NCAA Championships ... finished a career-best 72nd at NCAAs in his final cross country race in 30:38 over 10k; that was second on the team as Washington finished 18th ... led the Huskies for the first time at the NCAA West Regional Championships, placing 18th overall as the men finished fourth ... earned All-West Region honors for his Regional finish ... finished 23rd at the Pac-10 Championships, a career-best and second on the team ... helped UW capture the Notre Dame Invitational with a 13th-place finish, second among Husky runners ... was the second Husky finisher at Pre-Nationals, in 25th overall, helping UW place fifth ... ran unattached in the season-opener at the Sundodger but finished third overall, easily a career-best ... 2008-09: Ran in the Huskies' top-seven at every meet including the NCAA Championships where he was UW's fifth and final scorer in the team's 18th-place finish ... finished 154th overall at the NCAA Championships in a 10K best of 31:19 ... was UW's fifth finisher again at the Pac-10 Championships where he placed 34th, up nineteen spots from the year before ... one of his best runs came at Pre-Nationals, where he placed 68th, third among Huskies ... opened season with an 18th-place finish at the Sundodger Invite ... (Track): Scored for the Huskies at the MPSF Championships, placing eighth in the 3,000-meters with a sizeable PR of 8:08.97 ... blister problem hampered the end of his outdoor season, forcing a DNF at the Pac-10 Championships in the 5,000-meters ... set a PR in the 1,500-meters at the UW-WSU dual, crossing the line in 3:50.94 ... season-best 5k time of 14:26.27 at the Mt. SAC Relays.
2007-08: Made UW's top-seven for the first time in the Huskies' two postseason meets ... placed 53rd, sixth on the team, at Pac-10's in 24:25 ... ran seventh on the Huskies at Regionals ... strong showing at Mike Hodges Invite, placing 22nd (2nd UW) ... competed unattached at the Sundodger but was 17th overall and sixth among all Husky team members ... first track appearance came at the MPSF Championships, where he ran the 3000-meters ... competed just twice outdoors.
2006-07 (UCSB): Running cross country, placed 10th overall and fifth among Gauchos at Titan Invitational ... Finished 23rd overall in season-opening Annual Alumni Meet dual with Cal Poly ... placed 54th at UC Irvine Invitational with a time of 26:46.3 over five miles ... also competed at the Stanford Invitational, running 26:16.
