(Track): Reached the NCAA West Prelims for the first time, placing 27th out of the 48 competitors at 800-meters, running 1:50.81 in the first round ... reached prelims with an outdoor PR of 1:50.04 at the Oregon Relays, placing fifth ... ran at the Pac-10 Championships, placing 14th at 800-meters in 1:51.33 ... third in the UW-WSU dual in 1:50.53 ... at the Pepsi Team Invite, ran 1:50.67 to take seventh-place ... indoors, broke the 1:50 barrier for the first time at the Husky Classic, stopping the clock at 1:49.93, the fourth-best mark on the indoor top-10 list ... scored in two events at the MPSF Championships, taking fifth in the 800-meters in 1:52.36, and fourth in the DMR as the 800-meter leg, in a season-best 9:38.23 ... second at the UW Final Qualifier in the 800m in 1:50.14 ... also ran the 800m leg on the DMR that took second at the UW Invitational ... picked up a Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.
2009-10: Did not compete during the cross country season ... (Track): Led the Huskies both indoors and out at 800-meters and competed consistently on the 4x400 relay and DMR ... set a new career-best at his first career Pac-10 Championships, running 1:50.95 over 800-meters to place 14th ... also ran on the 4x4 relay at Pac-10s which placed seventh ... scored for the Dawgs against the Cougars at 800-meters, taking third, in 1:51.50 ... won the Ken Shannon Invite 800-meter run in 1:51.43 ... finished seventh at the Pepsi Team Invite, stopping the clock at 1:51.07 ... indoors, opened with a new mile PR of 4:10.73 at the UW Indoor Preview ... ran a team-best 1:52.48 in his only indoor 800-meter run at the UW Invitational ... ran the mile at the MPSF Championships, taking 16th in 4:14.21 ... earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.
2008-09: Did not compete during the fall ... ran a full indoor season, and was UW's second-fastest miler for the year ... career-best mile of 4:12.20 came at the UW Last Chance Qualifier ... competed in the 800m at the MPSF Championships, taking 15th in 1:53.59 ... clocked a 4:13.17 mile time at the Husky Classic ... did not compete outdoors.
2007-08: Redshirted cross country as well as the indoor and outdoor track seasons ... did not compete unattached.
