2012 Sundodger Invite

The Husky cross country teams win the team titles at Lincoln Park in West Seattle.

2012 (Cross Country): Earned her way into the lineup for her first Pac-12 Championships, where she finished 65th overall and ninth on the UW squad in a time of 22:12 for 6k ... only other appearance was at the season-opening Sundodger, where she was 14th overall, scoring for UW as the No. 4 finisher, in 21:46.

2011-12 (Track): Made her Husky debut near the end of the outdoor track season, running for the first time at the UW-WSU Dual, and looking strong with a 9:52.44 time over 3,000-meters, placing fourth as the Huskies swept the event over the Cougars ... named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Team as an honorable mention ... sat out the fall due to conference transfer rules.

2010-11: Transferred to Washington from Stanford in the spring ... has yet to compete.

High School and Personal: Born in Portland, Oregon ... parents are Mary Curiel and Patrick Dailey ... mother attended Washington as did her uncle Joe Curiel ... has one younger brother, Chris ... the top senior distance runner in the state of Washington in 2010 ... captured the Washington 4A state cross country title in a time of 17:58 over the 5k course in Pasco ... also won KingCo and district titles in cross country her senior year ... moving onto the track, she won the 4A state championship at 3,200-meters in a PR of 10:28.91 ... also took second at state in the 1,600m in 4:54.75 ... won league titles at 1600m and 3200m, and ran a 1600m PR of 4:49.41 at the KingCo meet that ranked as the 14th-fastest time nationally and eighth amongst seniors ... also won the 2010 KingCo title at 800-meters in a PR of 2:11.92 ... as a junior, was third at the 2009 state meet in the 800-meters and fifth at 1,600-meters ... named a Seattle Times Girls City Athlete of the Year in 2010 and earned Seattle Times and Washington State Athlete of the Week honors in cross country ... graduated with a 4.0 GPA ... activities include drawing and painting, violin, biking and swimming, and baking.
