Mountain Pacific Sports Federation What: 2013 MPSF Indoor Track and Field Championships About the MPSF: Established in 1992 to serve the competitive needs of member institutions from the Pac-12, Big West, Mountain West, Western Athletic and West Coast Conferences and other selected universities in the western United States, the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation provides Division-I competition to schools whose primary conferences do not sponsor championships in selected sports. MPSF Homepage Participating Teams: Fifteen of the West's top track and field programs participate in MPSF Championships competition in indoor track and field. The group is comprised of members of the Big West, Pac-12, and West Coast Conferences, and includes ten of the eleven Pac-12 indoor track and field programs. BYU, Colorado, Hawaii and Utah have joined the conference over the past two years. There are 12 men's teams now coming to Seattle and 15 women's teams, as UC Irvine, Hawaii and Utah have women's teams only. |
