2011-12: Did not compete during his final season on the track ... (Cross Country): Started his senior season well with a sixth-place finish at the Sundodger, third on the team, in 24:31 ... scored at the Roy Griak Invitational, finishing 101st overall and fifth on the team ... illness cropped up later in the season, limiting him to just one more race, but he did get a victory in his final cross country race, taking the win at the Mike Hodges Invite in a time of 20:27 over 4-miles.
2010-11: Competed just three times outdoors, including a seventh-place finish in the 3k at the UW-WSU dual in 8:32.29 ... indoors, ran the 3k and the 5k at the MPSF Championships, placing 22nd in the 5k at 14:29.03 and finishing 21st in the 3k in a season-best time of 8:19.38 ... closed his indoor season with a mile time of 4:17.19 in the UW Final Qualifier ... (Cross Country): Was the top Husky finisher at the season-opening UW-WSU dual meet, taking second overall ... second among Huskies, in fifth-place, at the Sundodger Invitational in 24:10 ... struggled at the Notre Dame Invite and Pre-Nationals but came back to score for the Dawgs at the Pac-10 Championships, placing 48th for fifth on the team.
2009-10: Limited to just three races indoors and out ... outdoor season started with a 5k run in 14:50.34 at the Stanford Invite ... fifth in the 3,000-meters at the UW-WSU dual meet, running 8:35.33 ... redshirted the season indoors, competing unattached ... finished a 3k at the Husky Classic in a season-best 8:23.76 ... also ran a 4:14.69 mile at the UW Invitational, unattached ... (Cross Country): Enjoyed his best season yet, running in the top-seven at every race to aid the team's 18th-place finish at the NCAA Championships ... was the team's fourth finisher at NCAAs, his highest placing on the team all year, crossing the line in 159th place in 31:26 ... placed 34th in his first 10k at West Regionals, running 31:37 to take fifth on the squad ... was 41st at the Pac-10 Championships, sixth among Huskies ... 2008-09: Traveled to first career Pac-10 Championships, placing 25th in the 5,000-meters in 15:13.52 ... season-best 5k was 14:49.91 at the Stanford Invite ... set a seven-second PR in the 3,000-meters at the UW-WSU dual, placing fourth in 8:22.26 ... indoors, took sixth in the 3k at the UW Last Chance Qualifier in 8:29.78 ... ran the 5k at the MPSF Championships but did not finish ... (Cross Country): Started the season out strong with a 13th-place finish at the Sundodger Invite in 24:31 that was fourth among Huskies ... ran at the Pac-10 Championships but was unable to finish ... also ran at the Cascade Conference Preview.
2007-08: Ran twice unattached both indoors and outdoors on the track ... season-best mile time was 4:22.93 ... ran the 3000m and 5000m outdoors ... ran unattached in the fall at the Sundodger and at the Mike Hodges Invite ... placed 29th at the Mike Hodges, which would have been sixth on the squad.
