Fierce Competition Awaits At Pepsi Team Invite

Oregon will have a live, free web broadcast of the meet beginning at 12 noon Saturday.

2012: Set personal-bests indoors and out in the pole vault ... outdoors, best clearance was 15-3 ½ at the UW -WSU Dual where he finished fifth overall ... indoors, went a PR of 15-5 at the UW Indoor Open, placing fourth ... a Pac-12 All-Academic Team honorable mention.

2011: Redshirted the season, competing five times unattached ... best pole vault clearance in the year's final meet, as he cleared 15-0 to tie for fifth at the Ken Shannon Invite.

High School and Personal: Born in Sunnyside, Oregon ... parents are Kristie and Mark Neshyba ... has one older sister, Natalie ... lettered in track his junior and senior years, winning the Greater St. Helens League pole vault title as a senior with a PR of 14-6, and placing second at the district meet ... qualified for the Washington 4A state meet as a senior ... played soccer for 13 years and his first two years in high school until suffering two ACL tears ... lettered three years on the swim team and one year in cross country ... earned soccer team's Hardest Worker award in sophomore season ... graduated with a 3.94 grade point average.
