2006 (Cross Country): Led SPU to a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Division-II Championships ... was the Falcons' No. 2 runner at nationals, placing 51st overall in 21:36 ... was sixth at the GNAC Championships, and 23rd at regionals ... earned second-straight first-team All-GNAC cross country honor ... was named GNAC Cross Country Runner of the Week after a second-place finish at the St. Martin's Invitational in September.

2005-06 (SPU): One of SPU's top competitors in the mile and 3000m ... won GNAC outdoor title in the 3K with a best of 10:22.8 at the outdoor conference meet ... also placed fifth at the GNAC outdoor meet in the 1500m, helping SPU to the team conference crown ... set SPU indoor records in both the mile and 3K, clocking a 5:00.37 in the former and a 10:17.69 in the latter ... ran fifth in the 5000m and sixth in the mile at the 2006 GNAC Indoor meet ... placed 13th in the mile at the NCAA Division-II Indoor Championships, and 15th in the 3000m at the NCAA D-II outdoor meet ... ... also had an outstanding debut cross country season, earning Great Northwest Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year honors ... earned all-conference honors in the fall after a seventh-place finish at the GNAC Championships ... was 41st at regionals.
