2010-11: (Cross Country): Competed just once during the fall, running at the Sundodger Invite at Lincoln Park ... placed 19th at the Sundodger, eighth among Huskies, in a time of 24:41.
2009-10: Continued to improve in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, making his second-straight trip to the Pac-10 Championships ... at Pac-10s in Berkeley, finished 10th in the steeple, up from 14th a year prior, in a new lifetime-best time of 9:14.24 that led all Huskies for the season ... placed third at the Pepsi Team Invite in the steeple with a time of 9:19.37 ... third again at the UW-WSU dual in the steeple at 9:33.47 in wet conditions ... did not compete during the indoor season ... earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention ... (Cross Country): Saw his first action in UW's top-seven, including a run at NCAA West Regionals, where he placed 124th overall in his first 10k ... made the trip to the Notre Dame Invite, taking 93rd, which was eighth on the team as the Huskies won the title ... was 13th overall at the season-opening Sundodger in 24:39, an improvement of over 50 seconds and 36 places ... ran well at the Mike Hodges Invite, taking fifth overall (second among Huskies) in 20:12 for the 4-mile course.
2008-09: Made major improvements in redshirt freshman season, and was UW's lone steeplechase competitor outdoors, running a PR of 9:17.74 to finish second at the UW-WSU dual meet ... ran at first career Pac-10 Championships in the steeple, placing 14th in 9:36.34 ... sixth in the steeplechase at the Oregon Relays, running 9:22.66 ... ran a 1,500m PR of 3:58.22 at the Ken Shannon Invite ... indoors competed in the mile and 3,000-meters, with a six-second best in the mile at the Husky Classic, crossing in 4:15.05 ... earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention ... (Cross Country): Ran three times in the fall ... placed 49th at the Sundodger, a 35-place improvement from the year before ... finished in fifth-place at the Emerald City Open, and was sixth at the Cascade Conference Preview.
2007-08: Competed frequently during indoor track season, running the mile and the 800-meters ... best mile run was 4:21.01 at the UW Last Chance Qualifier ... competed twice unattached outdoors, running 9:38.98 in the steeplechase at the Ken Shannon Invite, finishing third ... ran at two meets unattached during cross country ... placed 84th at Sundodger, and 59th at Mike Hodges Invite.
