2008: One of the team's top women's sprinters indoors, leading the team in the 200m and 400m dashes ... competed in three events at the MPSF Championships, placing fifth in the 60m hurdles in a new personal-best time of 8.68 seconds ... also finished 12th in the 400-meters and 19th in the 200-meters ... finished second in the 200m at the UW Last Chance Qualifier in a season-best 25.10 ... ran the lead-off leg of the women's best 4x400m relay, which ran 3:47.88 to place fourth at the Husky Classic, ranking 8th in indoor school history ... did not compete during the outdoor season.

2007: Showed continued improvement, becoming one of the team's most versatile sprinters ... led the team in the outdoor 200m and 400m hurdles, was second-fastest in the indoor 200 and 400m dashes, and ran the lead-off leg of UW's top 4x100m and 4x400m relays ... top 400m hurdles time of 59.60 was good for a fifth place finish at Pac-10's, and was a Regional qualifying mark, as well as ranking ninth on the outdoor Top-10 ... ran 15th in the 400m hurdles at West Regionals ... at MPSFs, placed seventh in the 400m dash, 11th in 200m dash, and led off sixth-place 4x400m relay ... took first in the 400m hurdles at the Brutus Hamilton Invite and the UW-WSU dual meet.

2006: Led all UW quarter hurdlers, and was among the team's top-three in the 100m and 400m dashes ... clocked season hurdles best of 1:02.78 in a 12th-place overall finish at Pac-10s ... also at Pac-10s, helped UW's 4x400m relay to sixth in 3:43.61, the eighth-fastest time in school history ... also ran on two history-making relays indoors, including the No.3 4x4 (3:44.90) and No. 10 DMR (11:47.95) ... led both relays to fifth at MPSFs.

High School and Personal: Parents are Yvonne and Marcus ... has two siblings, Isaiah and Tierra ... earned four top-five state finishes in 2005, including second in the 300m hurdles, fifth in the 100m hurdles and second in both the 4x100m and 4x200m relays ... also ran sixth at state in the 300m hurdles as a junior ... won league 100m hurdles title as a freshman, and was runner-up her sophomore year ... lettered in both track and cross country all four years, and was track team captain in 2004 and 2005 ... honored as a WIAA Scholar Athlete ... majoring in engineering.
