High School and Personal: Born in Willamette Falls, Oregon ... parents are Rhonda and Barry Huse ... has one younger brother, Aaron, and one younger sister, Danielle ... won the Washington State 2B discus title as a senior (127-9) and was second in the shot put ... third at state in the discus as a junior in 2007, and also qualified as a freshman and sophomore ... helped Tacoma Baptist to the team title in 2005, 2007 and 2008 ... a five-time Pacific League Champion and three-time District IV champ ... was school's ASB President and Pep Club President ... captain of the cheerleading squad and three-year team member ... also lettered two years in basketball.
