2007-08: Had an exceptional track season, setting numerous school records and running at both NCAA Championships, and capping the season with a 21st-place finish at the U.S. Olympic Trials in the 1500m ... finished sixth in the mile at NCAA Indoors in 4:41.88, earning her first track All-America award ... her first four runs during the indoor season all resulted in school records ... ran the 1600-leg on the DMR which broke the school record at the UW Invitational with a time of 11:19.94, then was broken a second time at the MPSF Championships with a time of 11:12.77 and a second-place finish ... set the school indoor mile record in 4:37.22 in winning the Husky Classic and achieving the NCAA "A" standard ... took second in the 3000-meters at MPSFs in another school record time of 9:25.09 ... outdoors, became UW's first women's Pac-10 Champion since 2004 as she won the 1500-meter title in 4:22.41 ... first Pac-10 women's champ in a running event for the Huskies since Anna Aoki in 2001 ... also placed 6th in the 5K at Pac-10's later that same day ... ran the school's fifth-best 5000m time of 16:01.16 at the Stanford Invite on May 4 ... just six days later, she won the 800-meter run at the Ken Shannon in 2:06.43, the third-fastest in school history ... took second at Regionals in the 1500 behind teammate Michelle Turner in a PR of 4:15.78, which qualified her for the Olympic Trials ... at NCAA Outdoors, finished 7th in her 1500m heat (14th overall) in a time of 4:19.00, just missing the final, after being forced to maneuver around a crash that put her far behind the leaders ... finished her season at the Olympic Trials, running 4:19.00 in the quarters and then 4:22.60 in the semis ... terrific sophomore cross country season was a driving force behind UW's eighth-place NCAA finish ... earned first-career cross country All-American award, placing 19th at NCAA's, a split second ahead of teammate Anita Campbell, marking UW's first ever All-American duo, and first All-Americans since 2001 ... her 19th-place finish was the best by a Husky since 1995 when Tara Carlson finished 8th ... made major improvements at every race compared to freshman season, earning team's Most Improved award and sharing Most Inspirational ... jumped from 79th at 2006 Pac-10's to ninth in 2007 to earn second team All-Pac-10 honors ... named All-West-Region after seventh-place Regional finish, second on the team, up from 82nd-place finish the previous year ... led the team with No. 2 overall finish at Bill Dellinger meet ... placed second at the Sundodger in 20:37 ... a Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.

2006-07: Ran several distances during the track season including mile, 1500m, 3000m, and 5000m ... season-best 1500m time of 4:27.87 came at Pac-10 Championships where she finished eighth ... run at Pac-10's fell just seven hundredths of a second short of the 1500m Regional qualifying time ... ranked second on UW in the indoor 3000m with a time of 9:47.86 ... mile time of 4:52.08 was third best on the squad ... during cross country season, was one of three freshmen or sophomores in UW's top-seven at the NCAA West Regional ... ran sixth for UW at the Regional, in 82nd overall ... also ran with the team at Pac-10s, and was in UW's top-three at the Sundodger, Dellinger and Pre-National meets ... was the No. 2 UW finisher at Pre-Nationals, in 21:36 ... ran season-best 21:27 for 6K in a 17th-place finish at Sundodger.
