2008 (Cross Country): Enjoyed best cross country season yet, as certainly one of the best reserves in the nation ... depth of the national champion Huskies prevented her from running Regionals or NCAA's but would likely have scored on any other team ... placed sixth overall and fourth on the team at the Sundodger Invite in a new PR of 20:47 ... placed 13th overall at the Tiger Invite, incredibly the No. 8 Husky finisher ... was the seventh UW finisher at Pre-Nationals, in 51st overall, which would have been top-five for 39 of the 41 teams competing ... ran at Pac-10's but was unable to finish due to illness ... earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.

2007-08: Ran a full track season, highlighted by a 9th-place finish at the Pac-10 Championships in the 1500-meters in 4:32.75 ... career-best 1500m time of 4:29.48 at the Oregon Invitational ... lowered her personal-best mile time by seven seconds, running 4:53.60 at the Husky Classic ... set a PR in the 800m in a time of 2:13.39 at the Last Chance Qualifier ... competed twice during cross country, leading the Huskies at the Willamette Invite with a third-place finish in 17:31 ... placed 31st at Mike Hodges Invite (6th UW).

2006-07: Competed three times in the mile indoors, with season-best time of 5:00.07 at the UW Indoor Preview ... indoor mile time ranked fifth on team ... outdoors, ran 800m and 1500m ... placed second in the 800m at the Ken Shannon Invite in 2:15.68 ... best 1500m time came at the Oregon Invitational, where she clocked 4:41.88 ... redshirted the cross country season to preserve a year of eligibility ... did not run unattached at any UW meets.

High School and Personal: Parents, Rana and Derek, both competed for UW's club sailing team ... has a younger brother, Brent ... has never competed in cross country ... one of the state's top middle-distance runners ... earned matching fourth-place finishes in the state 1600m final in both 2003 and 2005 ... swept league and district titles in the event as a freshman ... placed second in the 1600m at both the league and district meets from 2004-06, and was second in the 800m at both meets her last two seasons ... also lettered four years in soccer ... earned All-KingCo honorable mention honors on the soccer field as a junior ... gradauted with a 3.96 GPA ... plans to major in biology.
