2007-08: Had an excellent indoor track season, achieving the NCAA Provisional standard in the mile with a personal best of 4:45.94 at the UW Invitational, the 9th-best mark in school history ... competed at the NCAA Indoor Championships, running the 1600m leg of the distance medley relay as an alternate for Katie Follett, with the team finishing 11th overall ... scored in two events at the MPSF Championships, placing 7th in the mile in 4:47.70 and 8th in the 800m in 2:12.49 ... outdoors, placed 11th overall in the 800m at the Pac-10 Championships in a time of 2:12.08 ... competed four times in cross country, twice running in UW's top-10 ... finished 58th overall at Pac-10 Championships, eighth on the squad in season-best 6K time of 21:53 ... was Washington's No. 2 finisher at both the Willamette and Mike Hodges Invites, finishing in the top-15 overall at each race ... placed 37th at season-opening Sundodger.
2006-07: Competed just twice during the track campaign, running the mile indoors at the UW Invitational and the Husky Classic ... best time was 5:03.78 ... did not compete outdoors ... redshirted the 2006 fall season after transferring from Kentucky ... will have two years of cross country eligibility remaining.
2005-06 (Kentucky): Ran in Kentucky's top-seven throughout the 2005 season ... was sixth for the Wildcats, 48th overall, at the SEC Championships ... was fifth for Kentucky at the NCAA Southeast Regional ... placed third at the Woodford Trials, and was Kentucky's fifth runner at the prestigious Notre Dame Invitational ... was among UK's top competitors in the 800m, mile and 1500m events ... ran 4:53.41 for a mile at the SEC Indoor Championships, placing ninth ... also at SEC Indoors, led UK's distance medley relay to a conference title and was 16th in the 800m ... outdoors, ranked third for Kentucky at 800m (2:16.16) and fourth at 1500m (4:40.56). 2004-05 (Kentucky): Was Kentucky's No. 4 runner at the Woodford Trials, placing fifth overall ... was 73rd at the Stanford Invite, and 82nd at the SEC Championships ... redshirted the indoor and outdoor track seasons.
