2005-06: Earned All-American honors both indoors and out for his inclusion on UW's 4x400m relay ... ran the opening 400m relay leg at both NCAA Championship appearances, leading the Huskies to 3rd-place indoors and eighth outdoors ... 4x400m relay clocked an indoor school record of 3:07.03 at NCAA's ... relay also won the West Regional outdoors, and ran a season-best 3:04.22 in the NCAA Outdoor semi that ranks third in school history ... also led the team in the 200-meters both indoors and out, and was second on the team in the 400m indoors and out ... took second in the 200m at MPSF Championships ... top outdoor 200m time of 21.26 ranked ninth in school history and ranks fourth indoors with top 200m time of 21.19 ... ran 47.84 in the 400m at the Husky Classic, which ranks sixth indoors ... part of four different 4x400m relay teams that made the UW top-10 lists.
