Year Elected to Husky Hall of Fame: 1979 Was a member of the track and field team from 1928-30. A world record and Olympic medal highlighted his UW career; won selver medal at 1928 Olympics; won NCAA, AUU high hurlde titles in 1929 and 1939; led Huskies to second-place finishes in 1929 and 1930. |
