Ojserkis Named Spring Scholar-Athlete Of The Year

On Friday, the Pac-12 Conference tabbed Sam Ojserkis as one of the league's best in both the field of competition and the classroom

Honors and Awards: Member of the 2005 New Zealand Jr. National Team ... Rowed seven seat in the men's eight that placed fifth at the 2005 Jr. World Championships in Brandenburg, Germany ... Member of the 2008 Pac-10 All-Academic Second Team.

Husky Rowing Experience: 2009 (Junior) - Seven seat in the varsity eight... Spared against Oxford... Won Cal dual... Bronze medal at the Pac-10 Championships...
