Husky Rowing Experience: 2005 (Junior)--Coxed the varsity four most of the season ... directed that crew to dual-race wins over Oregon State and Washington State ... collected a gold medal at the Pac-10 championships. 2004 (Sophomore)--Coxed the varsity four crew to an undefeated season ... collected gold at the IRA and Pac-10 championships ... the four won the Washington State dual and Windermere Cup events during the regular season. 2003 (Freshman)--Member of Freshman 8 which finshed in 4th place at IRA championships.

Personal: Son of Dianne and Terence Andrews ...mother attended UC Berkeley and is a real estate agent ...father is involved in property management ...also has a younger sister, Jessica.

I chose Washington: To be a national champion.
The best thing about Seattle is: The plethora of restaurants.
The best thing about UW is: Jumping the steps next to the IMA on my bike.

My best race was: The final at IRAs varsity 4 at Camden, NJ.
After I graduate, I plan to: Tour the world for a year.
