The Husky Athletic Department would like to help your organization in its fund raising event. Below is the form that you MUST complete and submit for your donation request. We ask that all requests be submitted at least ONE MONTH prior to event date. We will honor as many requests as we can, but only one request per organization per fiscal year (July 1-June 30).
The items we have available to donate would be:
- Autographed Team Football
- Autographed Team Men's Basketball
- Autographed Team Softball
- 2 tickets to UW Football Game
- 2 tickets to UW Men's Basketball Game
- 4 tickets to UW Women's Basketball Game
- One Husky Gold Card (One pass provides general admission for four to ALL home Baseball, Gymnastics, Men's/Women's Soccer, Softball and Volleyball games, excluding special events or post season)
Notification of receipt of your request will be confirmed within two weeks and at that time you will be asked to select game if you wanted tickets. Your organization will be responsible to provide the name, address, phone number and email address of auction winner, in order for us to get the tickets to them.
If you requested an autographed ball, you will need to provide $10 check if you would like the ball mailed, or will need to give a date and name of person that will pick up from the Athletic Dept. Front Desk/Receptionist.
